 Comments:

 Energies altered to NIST values. Choice of two sets for levels 82, 83 & 84
 which must have been built on different parents but were not
 distinguished. I took the set of three which had a consistent set of
 J values i.e. 0,1,2 rather than 1,2,3 for 3P! In any other case I took
 the ones closest in energy to that expected from the Cowan code.

 In addition, levels 60, 65, 66, 67, 69 & 86 were not in the NIST list
 these increased by  afctor 1.05 which was the general trend between
 similar levels in the two data sets.
