From a 238 term R-matrix with pseudo states (RMPS) calculation.
The close-coupling expansion included the 90 spectroscopic terms
     arising from the configurations 2s2, 2s2p, 2p2, 2s3l, 2s4l,
     2s5l, 2p3l, 2p4l, and 2p5l. In addition it, included the 148
pseudo-state terms arising from the configurations 2snl with
     n = 6 to 12 and l = 0 to 4, and 2pnl with n = 6 to 8 and l = 0
to 4. The spectrospic orbitals (1s - 5g) were determined from
local potentials using Slater-type orbitals. The pseudo orbitals
were generated from a set of non-orthogonal Laguerre orbitals
that were then orthogonalized to the spectroscopic orbitals and
to each other. The screening parameters for the Laguerre orbitals
were adjusted both to improve the agreement between the experimental
and theoretical term energies for all terms through 2s5l and to
obtain a good distribution of pseudo states above and below the
ionization limit. In STG3 of the R-Matrix calculation, the term
energies were adjusted to the experimental values.

For all LSPI partial waves from L=0 to 12, we performed an RMPS
calculation with exchange. For the LSPI partial waves from L=13
     to 40, we performed a no-exchange 44-term R-matrix calculation
without pseudo states, for which the configuration-interaction
expansion of the target employed all 238 terms included in the
close-coupling expansion of the RMPS calculation. These partial
waves were then topped up. The size of the continuum basis was 50
and the size of the R-matrix "box" was 35.0 au. In the resonance
region of the calculation, we used an energy mesh spacing of
5.28e-04 Ryd; above all thresholds of the 2s5l configurations, we
employed an energy-mesh spacing of 6.96e-02 Ryd up to a total energy
of 14 Ryd. The radiative rates were determined from an LS-coupling
configuration-interaction expansion that employed all 238 terms
included in the close-coupling expansion for the RMPS calculation.

The numbers in the last column of the above table are the theoretical
values for the reduced effective collision strengths in the infinite
temperature limit as defined in Burgess and Tully Astron. Astrophys.
     254 436 (1992).
