     RESULTS TABULATED FOR TRANSITIONS BETWEEN LOWEST 20 SPECTROSCOPIC TERMS.
     OBSERVED ENERGIES USED (NIST WEBPAGE). 
     HOWEVER, MARTINSON ET AL J.PHYS.B36 419-25 (2003) HAVE NEW OBSERVATIONS
     OF 2S3S 1S (TERM 8) - 137622 COMPARED TO 135595 USED BY THESE CALCS.
     THIS WILL INTRODUCE ADDITIONAL UNCERTAINTY IN LOW TEMP UPSILONS FOR
     TRANSITIONS INVOLVING THIS TERM 8.
