  Amended upsilons and A_values for transitions 1-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10,12 and
                                                2-3,4,5,6,7,8,10,12     with
  merged data from comparing /../adas/adf04/copsm#b/copsm#b_sm#c1l.dat  and
                             /../adas/adf04/blike/blike_jl96#c1l.dat    have
  been substituted.
  In these comparisons, the latter data is preferred at low temperature and
  extended to high temperature by smoothing on to the former data.
  The accuracy does not appear high.  There is a variation of a factor up to 2
  typically between the two datasets.
  Energy levels have been adjusted to the observed values from the NIST DAS
  tabulations.
