  Energy levels
Taken from Edlen (Phys Scr 28, 483, 1983) which are at most 14 cm-1
in 126950 cm-1 different from those of NSRDS NBS 3 Sect 10.

  Ionisation Potential
Taken from Kelly (J Phys Chem Ref Data 16, 1987).

  A values
Compared by Hayes (J Phys B 16, 285, 1983) who points out that the values
of Seraph (J Phys B 13, 3129, 1980) are very accurate. The results of
Seraph were used. The length result of Hayes are < 10% different from Seraph
  and
have length and velocity agreement of the order of 10%, apart from two
transitions. Dankwort and Treffetz (Ast and Ast 65, 93, 1978) have results
in good agreement with Hayes ( 5%), both using the same set of
  configurations.

  Collision Data
The results of Hayes (1983) are used for transitions from 2s22p 2P and
2s2p2 4P. These are from a close coupling calculation, for energies from
threshold to 5.6 Rydbergs. Resonance structure obtained in reactance
matrices and the resulting analytical fits are used to generate collision
strengths at a fine energy mesh. The wavefunctions were from Superstructure
and the close coupling calculation by Colalg and Impact. Care was taken to
get enough partial waves and to solve the problem of pseudoresonances.
A major improvement was the inclusion of closed channel resonances,
increasing intercombination rates by 40% in one case and a factor 2 in
  another.
For 3-4, 3-5 and 4-5 transitions the 5 state close coupling results of
Robb (taken from Merts et al LA 8267 MS, 1980) were used. These do not
  include closed channel resonances.

          /JETSHP.BADNELL.BELIKE(O4LS22)
          /JETSHP.BADNELL.BELIKE(O4LS23)

The cross-referencing file is as follows:

          /JETXLE.BADNELL.XREFDAT(O3L)

The parent metastable indices are as follows:

     1. 2S2 (1)0( 0.0)
     2. 2S1 2P1 (3)1( 4.0)

Dielectronic data added to 16 existing rad. recom. level sets

 Update:
Tidied up level listing by removing '-' sign from
configurations, fixing whitespace issues and removing
         parentage information.
