 *** TRANSITION PROBABILITIES
     All transition probabilities are taken from
     K.L.Bell,A.Hibbert et al.,Physica Scripta 52, 240 (1995).
 *** COLLISION STRENGTHS
     The effective collision strengths for all transitions between the levels
     1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,16 are scaled with the 8.2eV-value of effective
     collision strengths given by
     R.P.Stafford,K.L.Bell,A.Hibbert,W.P.Wijesundra, Mon.Not.R.Astr.Soc. 268,
     816 (1994).
     The effective collision strengths for the other transitions have been
     calculated by R.Frost (Lehrstuhl fuer Technische Elektrophysik, Technische
     Universitaet Muenchen, 1995) with R-Matrix codes from N.R.Badnell
     and H.P.Summers (Department of Physics & Applied Physics, Strathclyde
     University, Glasgow).
