  Description of the above data set:-
  All the values except the ionization potentials:
       This data set gives relativistic distorted wave collision strengths
  and oscillator strengths for the 101 B-like ions with  8 <= Z <= 92
  obtained by Zhang & Sampson (appearing in Vol. ?? of Atomic
  Data Nuclear Data Tables, page ???-???)
  These tables are stored on the computer as:
  /JETSHP.RBDATA.TEXT
  The values of the ionization potential were taken from:

  Program :- JETSHP.STRIPSAM.FORT(STRIPSAM)   Author :- R.W.P.McWhirter

                         Data set produced :- 18/05/93
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
  The Sampson source data has been extended with impact parameter data
  for transitions between higher levels from the data set
  /JETSHP.COPSS#B.DATA(SS#FE21J)

  Included ionisation potential from
      "Atomic Data for Controlled Fusion Research Vol. IV"
