  Description of the above data set:-
  All the values except the ionization potentials:
       This data set gives relativistic distorted wave collision strengths
  and oscillator strengths for the 85 Li-like ions with 8 <= Z <= 92
  obtained by Zhang, Sampson and Fontes (  appeared in Vol. 44 of Atomic
  Data Nuclear Data Tables, page 31-77)
  These tables are stored on the computer as:
  /JETSHP.RLIDATA.TEXT
  The values of the ionization potential were taken from:
  Lithium-like ionisation potential from Kelly
