  Update:  29/01/97 - H.P. Summers  Attention has been drawn to two errors in 
                                    in the data set by Mathias Brix. The 
                                    corrections are as follow:  
                                    5-1 trans.  A-value  1.58E+09 -> 1.85E+09 
                                    9-4 trans.  A-value  7.09E+01 -> 7.09E+07 
                                    The error occurred in transcription from
                                    the A-value table of Brosda by Dickson.
