   From calculations by Berrington et al.(1988 ?- still unpublished)
   supplied  in hand written form by A. E. Kingston in 1989).
   Data is in reduced rate parameter form at temperatures up to about
   10eV.  These are used directly here but with only the highest
   eight temperatures taken.
