          J. Phys. B 32 2139-52 and 4129 for a more complete
          description.

     From a 45-level Breit-Pauli R-Matrix close-coupling calculation.
     The 1s, 2s, 2p, and 3s orbital were determined from a configuration-
     average Hartree-Fock (CAHF) calculation on 3s2. The 3p, 3d, 4s, 4p,
and 4d orbitals were determined from CAHF calculations on 3s3p, 3s3d,
     3s4s, 3s4p, and 3s4d configurations.

For the JPI partial waves from J = 0.5 to 10.5 and even and odd parity,
we performed an R-matrix calculation with exchange. Then for the higher
partial waves, we performed a no-exchange calculation in LS coupling
     for all LSPI partial waves with L = 10 to 60 (PERT='YES'),transformed
the K-matrices to intermediate-coupling, and topped up. This allowed us
to add the partial-wave contributions from J = 11.5 to 58.5. The size
of the continuum basis for these calculations was set to 25. The
maximum energy in the R-matrix calculations was 2177 eV (160 Ry). The
radiative rates for the dipole-allowed transitions were determined from
our 45-level CI calculation in the Breit-Pauli approximation.

The numbers in the last column of the above table are the theoretical
values for the reduced effective collision strengths in the infinite
temperature limit as defined in Burgess and Tully Astron. Astrophys.
     254 436 (1992).
