          J. Phys. B 32 2139-52 and 4129-31 for a more complete
          description.

     From a 25 term, 45-level ICFT R-Matrix close-coupling calculation.
     The 1s, 2s, 2p, and 3s orbital were determined from a configuration-
     average Hartree-Fock (CAHF) calculation on 3s2. The 3p, 3d, 4s, 4p,
and 4d orbitals were determined from CAHF calculations on 3s3p, 3s3d,
     3s4s, 3s4p, and 3s4d configurations.

For the JPI partial waves from J = 0.5 to 10.5 and even and odd parity,
we performed an LS R-matrix calculation with exchange for the LSPI
     partial waves with L = 0 to L = 12 and then transformed the k-matrices
to intermediate coupling. For the higher partial waves, we performed a
no-exchange calculation in LS coupling, with the long range multipoles
included, for all LSPI partial waves from L = 10 to 60; transformed the
K-matrices to intermediate coupling, and then topped up. This allowed u
to add the partial-wave contributions from J = 11.5 to 58.5. The size
of the continuum basis for these calculations was set to 25. The
radiative rates for the dipole-allowed transitions were determined from
a 45-level CI calculation in the Breit-Pauli approximation. The number
of mesh points used in the asymptotic part of the problem was 5032 and
the maximum energy was 7.35 Ry.
