---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Energy levels Taken from C E Moore (Atomic Energy Levels NBS Circular 467 Vol 1, 1949) Ionisation Potential Taken from Kelly (J Chem Phy Ref Data 16, 1987) A Values 1-4, 1-8 taken from Ho and Henry (Astrophysical J 264, 733, 1983). Configuration interaction wavefunctions give oscillator strength to 10% accuracy, optimised for quartet states. They recommend the results Westhaus and Sinanoglu (Phys Rev 183, 56, 1969) for 2-5, 3-5 and 3-6 and Luken and Sinanoglu (J Chem Phys 64, 1495, 1976) for 2-7, 3-7, 2-15 and 3-15. Other A values from Weise, Smith and Glennon (NSRDS NBS4 1966) ? 1-2, 1-3 and 2-3 4-9, 4-10, 4-11, 5-17, 5-18, 6-17 from HPS superstructure runs. Collision Data For 1-4, 1-8 from Ho and Henry (as above) who did a 2 state close coupling calculation. Integro differential equations solved using non- iterative integral equation method NIEM. For 1-2, 1-3 and 2-3 took data from Pradhan (Mon Not Roy Ast Soc 177, 31, 1976) based on earlier work (J Phys B 9, 433, 1976), the close coupling method being based on UCL work. HPS Born data used for 1-9, 1-11, 1-12, 1-14, and 2-15 to 2-21 and 3-15 to 3-21. HPS 2CC data used for 1-10, while HPS Impact Parameter used used for 8-9, 8-10, 8-11, 9-12, 9-13, 9-14, 10-13, 10-14, 11-14, 15-16, 15-17, 15-18, 16-19, 17-19, 17-20, 18-19, 18-20 and 18-21. 3-16 origin unknown.
