 Fundamental atomic data generated using the Autostructure code in DW (adas7#3).

 The complete isonuclear file was assembled from the partial adas7#3
 PLT files which were interpolated onto a common temperature set.

 The partial PLT coefficients were calculated in IC resolution using an 
 optimized set of configuration described in:

 Henderson et al, PPCF, v59 (2017) 055010 
    DOI: 10.1088/1361-6587/aa6273. 

 The Autostructure code is run with an optimised set of orbital scaling 
 parameters described in:

 Henderson et al, Submitted

 The power top-up is added to the final coefficients by comparing the ratio
 of the small (cs) and large (cl) PLT coefficients calculated in CA resolution.
 When IC calculations are not available, PLT coefficients are calculated using
 large (cl) CA calculations.
