  Description of the above data set:-
  All the values except the ionization potentials:
       This data set gives relativistic distorted wave collision strengths
  and oscillator strengths for the 71 Na-like ions with 22 <= Z <= 92
  obtained by Sampson, Zhang and Fontes (appeared in Vol. 44 of Atomic
  Data Nuclear Data Tables, page 209-271)
  These tables are stored on the computer as:
  /JETSHP.RNADATA.TEXT
  The values of the ionization potential were taken from:
  Sodium-like ionisation potential from Kelly

  Program :- JETSHP.STRIPSAM.FORT(STRIPSAM)   Author :- R.W.P.McWhirter

                         Data set produced :- 14/05/93

  The Sampson source data has been extended with impact parameter data
  for transitions between higher levels from the data set
