------------------------------------------------------------------------------ *** ENERGY VALUES All energy values are taken from K.B.S.Eriksson, Physica Scripta 28, 593 (1983). *** TRANSITION PROBABILITIES All transition probabilities are taken from K.L.Bell,A.Hibbert et al.,Physica Scripta 52, 240 (1995). *** COLLISION STRENGTHS The effective collision strengths for all transitions between the levels 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,16 are scaled with the 8.2eV-value of effective collision strengths given by R.P.Stafford,K.L.Bell,A.Hibbert,W.P.Wijesundra, Mon.Not.R.Astr.Soc. 268, 816 (1994).
