   Energy Levels
   Standard data from Weise et al. (1966) NSRDS-NBS4, Vol I, p6
   used without relativistic accuracy.

   Ionisation Potential
   Standard data as above.

   A Values
   Standard data as above. 1s-2s 2-photon decay added.

   Collision Data
   From calculations by Callaway (1985) Phys. Rev. A32, 775 and
   Callaway, Unnikrishnan & Oza (1987) Phys Rev. A36, 2576.
   Two recent articles by the Belfast group, viz. Scott et al. (1989)
   J. Phys. B. 22, 3055  and Scoltz et al. (1990) J. Phys. B. 23, L467
   rexamine the 1s-2s and 1s-2p transitions over the same energy region
   as Callaway.  Agreement is very close for 1s-2s and a little smaller
   for 1s-2p.  A separate data set for this latter work is not
   justified.

   2s-2p, 3s-3p, 3s-3d, 3p-3d transitions are not included in the
   Callaway study.   The data from aek89h is used.
