Fundamental atomic data generated using the Cowan structure code (adas8#1).
The complete isonuclear file was assembled from the partial adas810
PLT files which were interpolated onto a common temperature set.
The partial PLT coefficients were calculated in IC resolution using an
optimized set of configuration described in:
Henderson et al, PPCF, v59 (2017) 055010
DOI: 10.1088/1361-6587/aa6273.
The power top-up is added to the final coefficients by comparing the ratio
of the small (cs) and large (cl) PLT coefficients calculated in CA resolution.
When IC calculations are not available, PLT coefficients are calculated using
large (cl) CA calculations.
Corresponding adf04 file sets stored in:
